Create a Mystical Aura with Solar Powered Patio String Lighting

Solar power has come a long way in recent years as the need for alternative power sources has increased.

There are better solar panels that can be used for the rooftops to help power the home or RV and there are many different outdoor appliances that are being made with solar power as the power source to save money and to save the environment.

These solar powered devices used to be lacking in power or in beauty, but that is not the case anymore. In fact, the solar panels for the home can now be found in tiles that look like the roofing tiles that are used on the home so that they blend in. The appliances that use solar power are also more powerful than ever before and are long lasting, often lasting up to eight hours on a full charge.

Patio String Lighting For Patio Gardens

Another area where solar power has come a long way is in lighting the hard or garden.  There are solar post lights that can be placed in different areas of the yard to give light to seating areas or accent features.  There are solar powered patio string lighting that can also be found to create a mystic effect in different areas of the yard where they are placed.

Solar powered patio string lighting is made to be able to wrap around trees, bushes, fences and railings so that those areas are softly lit by the bulbs. Although there are some string lights that use purely LED bulbs on them, there are others that have a luminescent material on the outside of the bulbs that will also absorb the sunlight and give the bulbs a unique, glowing look.

Solar powered patio string lighting is often found with hand blown glass bulbs hanging from them which make them appealing in the daylight as decoration and at night as a lighting system. The strings of these solar powered patio string lights are often shorter than other versions that just use small while lights on the string, and they are often quite expensive.

Strings that have six bulbs of glowing solar lights on them will often cost over fifty dollars. However, these strings also look beautiful in the daytime as well as at night, so they have that benefit over the less expensive, all white string lights. Solar powered patio string lighting will usually have a lighting time of about six to ten hours during the night. This is more than enough to light an area until the wee hours of the morning when they are not needed any longer.
